Integrity is the new "ABC" of Sales and Sales Leadership

Integrity /in-teg-ri-ti/ Being honest and morally upright. Being whole or fully intact.

My colleagues and I hold Sales Leadership positions within some of America's largest and most successful companies and have complained, often, about the lack of good quality sites our sales people could visit for advice and sales tips.

In our experience, most of those sites were hosted by someone who never carried a quota or was trying to sell us their latest "get-rich-quick" book.

So, we decided to build the type of site that we would like our sales people to use, and here it is. It has integrity as its corner-stone and relies on real sales people, real sales leaders and industry experts for its content.

There are no silver-bullets for sales and not all ideas or suggestions will work for you. But in simply trying to improve you are showing the humility and desire necessary for sustainable growth

All too often the sales training classes our companies ask us to attend turn out to be little more than listening to someone (who no longer carries, or never carried, a bag) teach us new names for a sales funnel, or even worse, new names for the new-twelve-parts of their new-sales-funnel.

The content on this site comes from Industry Experts and, more importantly, Directors, Managers and Sales People who are still actively carrying a bag, fighting for quota and leading their teams.
